I've worked in professional kitchens for seven years and I still burn rice. I'm semi-employed and going through a run-of-the-mill quarter life crisis. I have never followed a recipe, and consequently I have a lot of kitchen failures. This blog is an attempt to change all that.
This is what happens when you're too impatient to finish the second rising- your bread rises quickly in the oven and splits on the side. I know that, and yet I still mess it up.
